SERIOUSLY, what is wrong with the world?

So I just saw a video from the news that the police arrested an elderly man (90 years old) and two ministers for FEEDING THE HOMELESS. SERIOUSLY WHAT THE FUCK? I do not understand why people are getting arrested for feeding the homeless. What are we teaching our children? We are teaching them that the poor don't deserve food, to live. This is ridiculous and just plain retarded. I think this occurred in Florida and I seriously hope that they FIX THEIR SHIT. I MEAN SERIOUSLY COMMON PEOPLE, WAKE THE FUCK UP.

I AM DONE FOR NOW, THIS IS FUCKING BULLSHIT. GO FUCK YOURSELF WORLD....

Video Games and Violence

Yes I am back once again (I hope to keep it that way).

Anyhow, in case you didn't hear last weeks news, there was another school shooting in America (Washington). Fortunately the situation was not as bad as Sandy Hook. Now, there have been a lot of speculations as to why this happened again and I do not know if my most dreaded one came up yet...Video games are the cause of it. I absolutely hate that statement and I hate it even more when the media uses it. I am a gamer by heart and I game a lot, that includes violent video games. But lately I have become more afraid for gamers as I fear that laws against games might be raised due to simple assumptions. The media always targets video games first since they do display graphic violence and think that kids are mentally affected by that.

I have two comments to say to that:

• First: It is stupid to think that kids who play games get so angry form playing the games that they start killing people. Yes people rage at video games, and smash they controllers and consoles, but that is usually followed by instant regret. If a kid/teen gets so angry from a game that they kill someone I think its more of a mental problem rather than with the game.


• Second: This is what bothers me the most. Video games have a fairly big indicator on the box that indicated what age it is permitted to be played at. If parents or relatives are stupid enough to buy their kids an 18+game - the prime example here is Call of duty (I do not mean to bash on the game itself), when you play online you can hear 11 - 12 year olds playing the game and being total assholes - than its their own fault if their kid is being violent. This of course is not good and that leads to the media blaming games for making kids violent. I hate that so much. DO NOT BUY YOUR KID A GAME THAT ISN'T FOR THEIR AGE GROUP....SERIOUSLY. And if a relative buys it for them, take it away.

To finish, I just hate it when the medias first blame falls on video games because it ruins the fun for those gamers who just want to play.

Control your anger, control your kids and game on ^^

My Thoughts on: Abstinence

WOW, IT HAS BEEN A LOOOOONG TIME SINCE I LAST POSTED :P

Yeah, I thought I had given up, I have a hard time committing myself to things, hmmm

Oh well, let's get right to it.

Abstinence, in particular no sex before marriage, its religious. I don't agree with it BUT I do not disagree with it either. I think that you should be able to make your own decision on whether or not you want to have sex. However I do think that you should be protected since you definitely do not want a child at a young age. I do realize that some children are raised under religion and really do not want to have sex before marriage and that is fine. When talking about abstinence I say: whatever floats your boat. You want to do it fine, you don't, also fine.

In my opinion it is more important to find the right partner as this will increase the satisfaction you'll get out of it (hopefully) and no, I don't think you'll find the right partner being drunk in a club.

Just remember: use protection ^^

You Know What I Hate #3

I didn't know what to post so I decided to write another YKWIH.

This one is directed to all star wars fans. Everyone knows that Lucas made changes to the original trilogy, some good (like thebackground effects to give the future setting more credibility) and some very very shitty ones. The one I definitely hate the most is the first one I noticed after watching the trilogy again for the hundredth time. This one is at the end of the movies and by now you should all know what I am talking about. If you don't, here is a picture:



THIS.IS.FUCKING.BULLSHIT

For those who did not see the movie before the editing of this scene, let me explain. This is at the end of the movie where the ghost of Anakin Skywalker (spoiler alert), Luke's father (Vader), appears next to Yoda and Obi Wan. However, what you see in the picture above is Anakin from episode 3 (portrayed by Hayden Christensen).

The original scene was this:



This was the original scene with Sebastian Shaw which in my opinion looks so much better, he doesn't stand out as much as Christensen and doesn't give you a FUCKING PEDO look.

The reasoning behind this change was that it was to show Anakin before he turned evil. It's bullshit and I hate this change. It's just wrong and I HATE IT SO SO MUCH.....

The Secret Superpower every Man has.

Yes, the title is true, every man in the world has a secret power. This power is glorious and amazing. The problem is that it can't be used all the time and needs a special phrase to activate. However, once it is said and the power activates, men are granted an unbelievable amount of strength that come from within the depths of us. This power has helped many men in the hardest times.

Brace yourselves I am gonna let you in on the secret phrase, the phrase that activated our incredible power which gives us strength incredible to many (mainly moms), the phrase is: NO SECOND TRIPS!

Yeah :D that's the one and we usually say/shout it when we have to take the groceries from the car to the house for our mothers and it really does boost our strength :D

My favorite piece of art I ever made :D

It's not really a piece of art but more a drawing/trace. I really wanted to attempt tracing a hard piece with Photoshop and so I did.

Some of you might know this character as Alice from the game --> Alice Madness Returns (one of my all time favs.)

So over the next couple of weeks I proceeded to trace this image on Photoshop with only my mouse and A LOT of patience ^^

This was the beginning:



It was very hard to add all the details so I tried my best as seen on the knife, the other difficult thing was the shading. Later it went on to look like this:

Of course comparing them, the original looks fantastic, however the reason I like mine is because I didn't give up on it and it doesn't look to bad at all ;)

You know what I HATE? #2

This one isn't about gaming, it's about something that almost everyone might have experienced at least once. I hate the feeling that you get when you try to remember something that you know but just can't. This is followed by the necessity to figure out what it was that you were thinking about. IT SUCKS and I HATE IT. Just now it happened (which inspired this post ) when my mom, my sister and myself couldn't remember the name of our neighbors (and friends) son..... Those 10 minuted trying to figure it out were terrible. Oh well, I hate when that happens....

A good tip is to add funds to your wallet instead of just linking a credit card as it is easier to budget money that way.

You know what I HATE #1

You know what I hate....the way mmorpg's work.

For example, I bought the old republic in the store and paid 30 bucks to get a cd and a free month. However I couldn't get my free month until I activated a credit card (which at that point had no money). In addition, You can just download the launcher for free. SO WHAT THE FUCK. And this is not the only game that does that, Elder scrolls online does the same. Man I really hate how some mmorpg's work. FUCK THEM.....

What I hope to see in the steam summer sale (my picks).

If you are a pc gamer it is very likely that you know steam. And if you know steam you also know that twice a year there are two big sales, the winter and the summer sale. To our luck, the summer sale started yesterday (the 19th). This means that almost all games are on sale which is a glorious time for all gamers. I just wanted to share my hopes for the steam sale, and what games I hope will be cheaper in the days to come:

• Space Engineers: It's currently at only 10% discount which is not enough


• Evochron Mercenary: This game has been on my list for soooooo long but it's just never been cheap enough (currently at 40%)


• Overgrowth (currently at 15%)


• Space Base DF-19 (Currently at 33%)

Those are just some, I expect to buy a lot of games anyhow that I'll never play again :D
